TONIGHT, I'M PROUD TO INTRODUCE TWO OF OUR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION COACHES, MS. GRIMLEY AND MR. MICHAEL.

UH, THEY'RE GOING TO HIGHLIGHT SOME SCREEN FREE WAYS THAT TECHNOLOGY IS BEING USED IN OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS TO DEEPEN STUDENT ENGAGEMENT WITH THE VIRGINIA STANDARDS OF LEARNING.

MR. MICHAEL HAS LED OUR COMPUTER SCIENCE INTEGRATION WORKING TO TIE THE K THROUGH FIVE, UH, STANDARDS OF LEARNING FOR, UH, COMPUTER SCIENCE INTO THE PACING GUIDES FOR OUR CORE SUBJECTS, UH, CREATING WAYS FOR STUDENTS TO ENGAGE WITH THOSE SOLS IN NOVEL WAYS.

AND MS. GRIMLEY HAS LED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR DIGITAL CITIZEN LESSONS, UH, HELPING STUDENTS EXPLORE RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES WITH THEIR DEVICES AND IN THOSE DIGITAL SPACES.

SO I'M JUST GONNA TURN IT OVER TO THEM.

HELLO, EVERYONE.

UM, GOOD EVENING.

UH, TONIGHT WE WANTED TO SHARE SOME EXAMPLES OF HOW CODING, ROBOTICS, AND TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION ARE HELPING BRING VIRGINIA SOLS TO LIFE IN OUR ELEMENTARY CLASSROOMS. UM, AS WE GO THROUGH THE PRESENTATION, WE'LL BE JUST DEMONSTRATING SOME, UH, DIFFERENT TOOLS THAT WE USE IN OUR ELEMENTARY CLASSROOMS, UM, WHILE WE, UH, WE'RE GONNA KIND OF SHOW, AND WE'LL ALSO EXPLAIN HOW, UM, THOSE INSTRUCTIONAL CONNECTIONS BEHIND THEM.

SO, UM, ONE OF THE BIGGEST THINGS THAT WE FOCUS ON IS PURPOSEFUL TECHNOLOGY, UM, INTEGRATION AS TECHNOLOGY COACHES.

AND OUR GOAL IS NEVER TECHNOLOGY JUST FOR THE SAKE OF USING TECHNOLOGY.

UM, WE WORK ALONGSIDE CLASSROOM TEACHERS TO CREATE LEARNING EXPERIENCES WHERE TECHNOLOGY ENHANCES INSTRUCTION AND SUPPORTS SOO MASTERY.

UM, A MAJOR FOCUS FOR US IS COMPUTATIONAL THINKING.

UM, STUDENTS ARE LEARNING SKILLS LIKE SEQUENCING, PROBLEM SOLVING, DEBUGGING, COLLABORATION, AND CRITICAL THINKING.

UM, EVEN AT THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL, A LOT OF WHAT YOU'LL SEE TONIGHT, UM, USES ROBOTICS, CODING, PHYSICAL COMPUTING, AND ENGINEERING AND DESIGN.

BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT ALL OF THE CONNECTED DIRECT, THEY ALL CONNECT DIRECTLY TO CLASSROOM LEARNING.

SO, UM, OOPS, WRONG WAY.

SO, UH, IN VIRGINIA, COMPUTER SCIENCE STANDARDS ARE INTEGRATED STANDARDS, MEANING THAT THEY'RE DESIGNED TO CONNECT WITH CORE CONTENT AREAS INSTEAD OF JUST STANDING ALONE.

SO, WHEN STUDENTS ARE CODING OR WORKING WITH ROBOTICS, THEY'RE ALSO PRACTICING MATH, SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND PROBLEM SOLVING.

THE STANDARDS FOCUS ON AREAS LIKE ALGORITHMS AND PROGRAMMING, COMPUTER SYS COMPUTING SYSTEMS AND DATA ANALYSIS.

BUT AT THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL, THOSE CONCEPTS OFTEN LOOK LIKE HANDS-ON COLLABORATION AND LEARNING THROUGH EXPLORATION.

SO ONE OF THE EXAMPLES OF THIS ARE OUR SPHERO INDY CARS.

UM, THE COOL THING ABOUT THIS IS, UH, THIS IS MY FRIEND INDY.

HE'S A LITTLE ROBOT.

UM, THE COOL THING ABOUT THESE, UM, THEY ARE STUDENT, WHEN STUDENTS USE THESE, THEY'RE ACTUALLY USING THEM HANDS, UH, HANDS-ON WITHOUT A SCREEN.

THEY'RE SCREEN FREE.

SO, UM, THEY, WE USE THEM A LOT WHEN WE'RE TALKING THROUGH THEIR THINKING, HELPING OTHERS, UM, SOLVE PROBLEMS AND LEARNING THROUGH TRIAL AND ERROR.

SO, UM,

ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE DO WITH, UH, OUR INDIES IS WE, UM, THEY HAVE THESE LITTLE CARDS THAT HE'S, HE'S GONNA START SETTING IT UP AND WE'RE GONNA SHOW YOU HOW IT WORKS TODAY.

SO THEY USE THESE COLORED TILES, AND EACH OF THE TILES, UM, ARE A DIFFERENT DIRECTION THAT THE INDIE WILL FOLLOW AS THEY GO THROUGH.

SO, UM, HE CREATES, WE'RE GONNA CREATE A PATHWAY ALGORITHM FOR THE ROBOTS TO FOLLOW.

UM, SO EVEN OUR, THIS IS REALLY GEARED TOWARDS LIKE K THROUGH TWO LEARNERS.

SO RIGHT NOW, UM, WITH WHAT WE DID IN THE CLASSROOM WITH THIS IS, UM, A, OUR SECOND AND THIRD GRADERS READ A STORY AT VALENTINE'S DAY CALLED THE LOVE BUG.

AND AFTERWARDS THEY HAD TO, UH, PUT THE STORY INTO THE ORDER.

SO, UM, THAT'S PART OF OUR READING SOLS FOR THOSE GRADE LEVELS.

UM, AND AS THEY DID IT, THE, OUR INDYCAR, UM, WENT ALONG WITH THE STORY.

SO IF, UH, THEY PUT THE, THE COLORS IN THE WRONG DIRECTION, THEN THEY WOULD HAVE TO DEBUG AND TRY AGAIN.

SO I'M GONNA GO AHEAD AND START IT, AND WE'LL SEE HOW IT DID COLOR.

AND NOW WE'RE GONNA TRY AGAIN BECAUSE THAT'S, WE'RE IN THE RIGHT ORDER.

ORDER.

LOOK AT THEM, GO.

SO THE ROBOT USES THE COLOR, THE COLORS ARE ALREADY CODED IN, SO THE ROBOT REACTS TO THE COLORS, UM, THAT ANY CAR IS LOOKING FOR.

SO IT WILL MAKE ITS WAY THROUGH THE PATH.

AND AGAIN, SO AS YOU, AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE IS A LOT OF PROBLEM SOLVING.

THEY DO THIS IN GROUPS SO THAT THEY CAN KIND OF WORK TOGETHER TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, UM, AND FIX IT AS THEY GO.

SO IT'S A GOOD TIME.

UM, WE'VE ALSO USED THESE A LOT IN OUR MATH, MATH, UH, CURRICULUM.

UM, AS YOU CAN SEE AT THE BOTTOM, THERE IS A LITTLE CHALLENGE.

SO THEY HAD TO, THEY HAD TO SOLVE THE MATH PROBLEMS, AND THEN THEY USED THE KEY AT THE BOTTOM, AND THEY SET IT UP WITH THOSE COLORS.

SO IF THEY GOT THE MATH PROBLEM WRONG, THEN THEY WOULD KNOW RIGHT AWAY AND THEY COULD FIX IT.

SO THAT'S A GOOD ONE.

UM, NEXT WE'RE GOING TO SHOW YOU MICRO BITS.

MICRO BITS ARE A GREAT TRANSITION AS THEY GET OLDER.

UM, IT'S MORE OF AN ADVANCED CODING.

SO, UM, WE CAN BUILD ON SOME OF THE SAME SKILLS THAT WE LEARNED WITH INDIE CARS.

JUST BUILDING ON IT A LITTLE BIT, UM, MICRO BITS ALLOW STUDENTS TO MOVE INTO BLOCK-BASED CODING AND PHYSICAL COMPUTING.

SO WE'VE GIVEN YOU EACH A MICRO BIT.

SO IF YOU TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR BAGGIE, UM, WE HAVE SET IT UP WITH A MATH PROBLEM, A MATH THING TODAY FOR YOU.

UM, IT'S MULTIPLICATION.

SO GET READY TO PRACTICE YOUR MULTIPLICATION SKILLS.

UM, AT, IF YOU, UH, TAKE A LOOK ON THOSE, THEY HAVE AN A AND A B BUTTON.

SO IF YOU PRESS THE A BUTTON AND THEN YOU PRESS THE B BUTTON, SO SAY IT WAS THREE AND EIGHT, SO YOU WOULD HAVE THREE TIMES EIGHT, YOU WOULD THINK ABOUT WHAT THE ANSWER TO THAT MATH PROBLEM IS IN YOUR HEAD.

AND THEN IF YOU SHAKE IT, IT GIVES YOU THE ANSWER TO YOUR MATH PROBLEM.

SO, UM, WE USE THAT A LOT IN, UH, LIKE, UM, ADDITION, UH, SUBTRACTION, MULTIPLICATION.

UM, AND THEN THEY, UH, PLAYED MULTIPLICATION WAR IN A FOURTH GRADE CLASSROOM, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO, UH, LIKE WHOEVER HAD THE MOST POINTS, ONE KIND OF THING.

SO IT'S BASICALLY JUST MAKING MATH A LITTLE MORE FUN, ENGAGING.

UM, IT, UH, ALSO HELPED, UH, LEARN MORE, LIKE IT FELT LIKE A CHALLENGE OR A GAME, WHICH, UM, INCREASED THE STUDENT ENGAGEMENT PART OF IT.

SO, YEAH, I ALSO USE THESE A ROADS TO, WE TRACK IF A CAR CAME PAST YOU PRESSED A, IF A, A TRUCK CAME PRESS YOU PRESS B, AND IF A SUV CAME THROUGH, YOU SHOOK IT.

AND THEN WE USED THE DATA TO MAKE A BAR GRAPH BASED ON THE CARS THAT WENT PAST THE SCHOOL FOR A SET OF TIMES.

THAT WAY WE WERE BUILDING OUR DATA FOR OUR BAR GRAPHS.

SO, UM, MICROBITS WILL ALSO, UM, DO SOME, UH, SOME SCIENCE TYPE THINGS.

UH, YOU LEARN ABOUT CIRCUITS AND ELECTRICITY WITH THEM.

THEY'LL ALSO TAKE TEMPERATURE.

YOU CAN DO LIGHTS, THINGS LIKE THAT.

SO IT'S A LOT OF DIFFERENT OPPORTUNITIES TO, UH, TO INTEGRATE SOME TECHNOLOGY INTO MATH AND SCIENCE ESPECIALLY.

UM, BUT I COULD THINK OF WAYS TO USE IT IN, IN READING AND WRITING AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

ALSO, UM, UP NEXT WE HAVE MAKEY, MAKEY.

OH, LET'S SEE.

UM, JUST SOME DIFFERENT EXAMPLES, CIRCUITS AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

AND AS YOU CAN SEE ON THIS SCREEN, THEY ARE ACTUALLY USING LIKE,

SO, UM, I THINK THAT'S A GREAT SKILL FOR LATER ON IN LIFE.

UM, TO KNOW HOW TO CODE, UH, OPENS UP A POSSIBILITIES FOR A LOT OF DIFFERENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES.

UM, MAKEY MAKEYS, UM, ARE SIMILAR TO MICROBITS.

UM, WE USE THESE A LOT WITH, UM, SCIENCE RELATED THINGS.

SO, UH, I HAVE, IS IT CONDUCTIVE? SO, UM, WITH THEIR CHROMEBOOKS, THEY SET UP A CODING ACTIVITY, UM, AND IF THEY SET DIFFERENT THINGS THAT ARE CONDUCTIVE AND NOT CONDUCTIVE ON THE SCREEN, SO ERASER, NOTHING HAPPENS.

UM, BUT PAPERCLIP, SO THEY KNOW IF THINGS ARE CONDUCTIVE OR NOT.

UM, SOME OTHER THINGS, UH, THAT WE TRIED WERE POTATOES, WET SPONGES, UH, JUST RANDOM THINGS THAT YOU MIGHT NOT THINK ARE CONDUCTIVE.

AND APPARENTLY I'M CONDUCTIVE ALSO, SO .

SO, UM, YEAH, THAT WAS FUN.

UM, WE'VE ALSO HAD THEM, UH, LIKE MAKE THEIR OWN CIRCUITS.

THERE'S, UH, IF YOU, YOU HAVE GRAPHITE PENCILS, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN CIRCUIT.

SO THAT'S SOMETHING.

UM, IN MUSIC CLASSROOMS, WE'VE USED IT TO MAKE PIANOS WITH THE DIFFERENT KEYS AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF.

THE CARDBOARD GUITAR, THAT ONE.

YEAH, THAT'S A GOOD ONE TOO.

UM, WE REALLY LOVE ABOUT THOSE PROJECTS WAS, UH, THERE'S A LOT OF CREATIVITY AND COLLABORATION.

THEY GET TO TALK THINGS OUT AND, UM, ENGAGE WITH EACH OTHER, WHICH IS REALLY GREAT.

UM, AND THEN I THINK A COUPLE OF YOU, UH, SAW OUR LEGOS AS YOU WALKED IN TODAY.

OOPS, SORRY.

ALRIGHT, SO I, WE HAVE, UH, LEGO KITS, UM, AT WCPS WHERE THE KITS CAN WORK IN GROUPS OF FOUR TO, UM, USE THE LEGOS TO STUDY THINGS LIKE MOON PHASES, UM, THE FOOD WEBS.

UH, WE ALSO TAKE PART IN, UH, A GRANT WITH SHADO UNIVERSITY, WHERE WE HAVE LEGO LEAGUE AND LEGO LEAGUE.

THE STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEARNING ABOUT THE TOPIC FOR THE YEAR.

LAST YEAR WAS THE OCEANS.

THIS YEAR WAS ARCHEOLOGY.

SO THEY BUILT THIS ARCHEOLOGICAL DIG SITE.

UM, AND INSIDE OF IT, THERE'S ARTIFACTS.

THERE IS A, A MILL WHEEL THAT WILL SPIN WITH COATING.

THEY ALSO BUILT THE CAR THAT YOU CAN HOOK UP TO A CAMERA, AND YOU CODE THE CAMERA TO LOOK FOR CERTAIN COLOR LEGOS.

SO OUR KIDS MADE ARTIFACTS USING RED LEGO BRICKS.

SO WHEN IT, THE CAMERA SAW A RED LEGO, IT WOULD SAY, YAY, YOU FOUND AN ARTIFACT.

OR IF IT WAS A GREEN TOOL, IT WOULD SAY, OH, YOU FOUND AN ARCHEOLOGICAL TOOL.

SO THEY USED THE CODING AND THE LEGOS TO EXPLORE ARCHEOLOGY, UM, AND LEARN ABOUT A TOPIC THAT THEY DON'T COVER NECESSARILY IN SECOND AND THIRD GRADE.

BUT WHEN THEY GET TO FOURTH GRADE, THEY WILL.

SO THEY'LL ALREADY COME TO FOURTH GRADE VIRGINIA STUDIES WITH THAT KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT AN ARCHEOLOGIST DOES AND WHAT ARTIFACTS ARE.

AND THEN LAST YEAR WHEN WE DID THE OCEANS, THEY GET TO FIFTH GRADE AND THEY ALREADY HAVE SOME KIND OF BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE FOR OCEANS AS WELL.

OKAY.

SO, UM, JUST TO KIND OF CLOSING, THESE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL THINGS THAT WE, WE DO THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AS TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION COACHES.

UM, WHILE TONIGHT FOCUS MAINLY ON CODING AND ROBOTICS, THESE ARE JUST SOME EXAMPLES OF THE BROADER WORK THAT WE DO IN TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION.

UM, WE ALSO SUPPORT DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP LESSONS, PHENOMENA BASED SCIENCE INSTRUCTION, UNPLUGGED CODING ACTIVITIES, GOOGLE EARTH EXPLORATIONS, STEM NIGHTS, AND RESPONSIBLE AI CONVERSATIONS.

UM, THE GOAL IS ALWAYS TO CREATE MEANINGFUL LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT INCREASE ENGAGEMENT AND SUPPORT INSTRUCTION.

UM, ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE WANTED TO SHARE TONIGHT IS THE IMPACT WE'VE SEEN ON STUDENTS IN THE CLASSROOM.

DURING ALL OF OUR, UH, TIME IN CLASSROOMS, UM, WE CONSISTENTLY SEE INCREASED ENGAGEMENT, COLLABORATION, CREATIVITY, CONFIDENCE WITH TECHNOLOGY, AND CRITICAL THINKING.

UM, STUDENTS WERE EXPLAINING THEIR THINKING, SOLVING PROBLEMS INDEPENDENTLY, AND APPLYING CLASSROOM LEARNING, UM, IN NEW WAYS.

UM, MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY WERE EXCITED TO LEARN DURING ALL OF THIS.

UM, TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION IS NOT ABOUT REPLACING INSTRUCTION.

IT'S ABOUT ENHANCING LEARNING AND GIVING STUDENTS OPPORTUNITIES TO CREATE, THINK CRITICALLY, COLLABORATE, AND INNOVATE WHILE SUPPORTING SOL MASTERY, OUR GOAL IS TO HELP STUDENTS BUILD FUTURE READY SKILLS WHILE MAKING LEARNING MORE MEANINGFUL AND ENGAGING.

UH, AND IT WAS A GREAT EVENT FOR BOTH GRADUATION.

AND I, I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY WELL ORGANIZED, AND, AND IT WAS A, IT WAS GREAT TO SEE THE, THE KIDS GRADUATING, GETTING THEIR, GET THEIR DEGREES AND MOVING ON.

AND I THINK, YOU KNOW, OUR LAST STRATEGIC PLAN KIND OF WENT ASUNDER HERE AND THERE.

WE, WE, WE DON'T FOCUS ON IT VERY WELL.

I THINK THIS TIME WE'RE GOING TO KIND OF GO, GO INTO IT AND STICK WITH IT.

UM, IN 2003, THE VOTERS OF THIS COMMUNITY DECIDED TO, TO VOTE AND IMPLEMENT A MEALS TAX.

SO EVERY MEAL THAT YOU GET, EVERY FOOD, EVERY BREAD, BEVERAGE, THEY'RE TAXING YOU AN EXTRA FOR FOUR AND A HALF PERCENT.

THAT MONEY PER THE REFERENDUM, IS SUPPOSED TO BE USED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS OF WARREN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

UM, FURTHERMORE, ON TOP OF THAT, OUR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ACTUALLY ENSHRINED THIS INTO AN ORDINANCE.

FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW, AN ORDINANCE IS A LOCAL LAW.

AND THAT LAW SAYS THAT THE REVENUES COLLECTED FROM THE COUNTY'S FOOD AND BEVERAGE TAX SHALL BE USED SOLELY FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

WHILE SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINES, WE ESTIMATE ABOUT FIVE, SIX YEARS AGO, UM, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS STOPPED PROVIDING THAT MONEY TO THE SCHOOLS.

THEY'RE STILL COLLECTING THAT TAX, AND THEY ARE USING IT TO PAY THEIR OWN DEBT, NOT COMING TO OUR SCHOOLS ANYMORE.

SO WE DO NOT HAVE A FUND FROM WHICH TO PULL FOR THESE TYPES OF REPAIRS WHEN WE NEED ROOFS, WHEN WE NEED AN AIR CONDITIONER THAT GOES OUT.

THESE ARE THINGS LIKE AN AIR CONDITIONING GOING OUT IS SOMETHING WE CAN'T PREDICT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ASK FOR IN OUR BUDGET.

SO WE ARE VERY PATIENTLY AWAITING, UM, THE SUPERVISORS TO TAKE ACTION ON THE DOCUMENT THAT WE UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED TO RETURN OUR MONEY TO US.

BECAUSE AT THIS POINT, IN MY OPINION, THE COUNTY HAS BEEN BREAKING THE LAW FOR THE LAST FIVE PLUS YEARS AND USING THE SCHOOL SYSTEM AS THEIR PERSONAL PIGGY BANK.

AND I AM FED UP WITH IT.

AND OUR STUDENTS AND OUR TEACHERS DESERVE TO KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE LEAKING ROOFS ABOVE THEIR HEADS AND HAVING SWELTERING HEAT BECAUSE THEY'RE STUCK WITH A BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER.

UM, I'M HOPEFUL THAT, YOU KNOW, THE SUPERVISORS DID PUT IT ON THEIR AGENDA YESTERDAY, AND THEN THEY TABLED IT AND DID NOTHING WITH IT.

UM, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON IN THESE CONVERSATIONS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW, AND WE ARE STILL GETTING NOWHERE.

THE NEW BUDGET CYCLE STARTS JULY 1ST.

AND I WOULD ENCOURAGE EVERY CITIZEN IN THIS COMMUNITY TO REACH OUT TO YOUR COUNTY SUPERVISORS AND TELL THEM IT'S TIME THAT THE SCHOOLS GET THEIR MONEY BACK AS THE VOTERS DECIDED, AND AS THEIR OWN LAW DICTATES THAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING.

UM, THE VIRGINIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY RECENTLY PASSED, UM, HOUSE BILL 4 6 1.

UM, IT IS ENTITLED SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENT AGE RANGE RESTRICTIONS IN EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS.

THIS STATUTE EXPLICITLY PROHIBITS ANY STUDENT WITH A DISABILITY IN GRADES KINDERGARTEN THROUGH SIX FROM BEING REGULARLY PLACED IN AN EDUCATIONAL SETTING, INCLUDING SPECIALIZED ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH THE MAXIMUM AGE RANGE AMONG THE STUDENTS EXCEEDS FOUR YEARS.

CURRENTLY, OUR ELEMENTARY SELF-CONTAINED, UM, PATHWAYS AND CONNECTIONS EDUCATION, OR PACE CLASSROOMS SPAN A BROAD DEVELOPMENTAL RANGE FROM KINDERGARTEN THROUGH FIFTH GRADE WITHIN A UNIFIED SETTING.

WHILE THIS BILL DOES HAVE A DELAYED EFFECTIVE DATE NOW OF JULY 1ST, 2027, THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE ARE PROPOSING TO RESTRUCTURE FOR THE UPCOMING 26 27 SCHOOL YEAR.

BY DIVIDING THE PACE CLASSROOMS INTO TWO SMALLER AND HIGHLY FOCUSED GRADE BANDS, WE WOULD HAVE A PRIMARY BAND, WHICH WOULD INCLUDE KINDERGARTEN THROUGH SECOND GRADE

STUDENTS, AND AN INTERMEDIATE BAND, INCLUDING THIRD GRADE THROUGH FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS.

ADDITIONALLY, WE FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT STUDENTS BENEFIT MOST WHEN THEY REMAIN WITHIN THEIR ASSIGNED GEOGRAPHIC ATTENDANCE ZONES, KEEPING STUDENTS IN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES PROMOTE STABLE RELATIONSHIPS WITH PEERS, ENSURES CONSISTENT ACADEMIC EXPERIENCES, AND FACILITATES SMOOTHER TRANSITIONS AS THEY PROGRESS THROUGH SCHOOL WITHIN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD PEER GROUP.

A CORE OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESTRUCTURING IS TO ENSURE THAT STUDENTS REMAIN ON THE SIDE OF THE COUNTY WHERE THEY ARE ZONED TO ATTEND SCHOOL, PRESERVING CONTINUITY IN THEIR EDUCATIONAL PATHWAY FROM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ALL THE WAY THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION.

TO SUPPORT THIS COMMUNITY-BASED MODEL, REGIONAL ELEMENTARY PACE SITES ARE PROPOSED TO BE ORGANIZED AS FOLLOWS.

ON THE WARREN SIDE, WE WOULD HAVE LESLIE FOX KAISER AS THE K TWO CLASSROOM, HILDA J BARBER AS THE THIRD THROUGH FIFTH GRADE CLASSROOM.

AND THEN ON THE SKYLINE SIDE, RUSSY JEFFRIES IS PROPOSED FOR THE K THROUGH TWO CLASSROOM AND E WILSON MORRISON FOR THE THIRD THROUGH FIFTH GRADE CLASSROOM.

NARROWING THE CLASSROOM STRUCTURE TO K TWO AND THREE FIVE BANDS ENSURES THAT CHILDREN ARE LEARNING ALONGSIDE PEERS WHO ARE CLOSER TO THEIR OWN AGE AND DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONES.

THIS FOCUSED ENVIRONMENT FOSTERS MORE RELATABLE SOCIAL EMOTIONAL INTERACTIONS, ENCOURAGES MEANINGFUL FRIENDSHIPS AND NURTURES AGE APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR.

MODELING.

OUR SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES AND CURRICULA ARE NATURALLY ALREADY SEGMENTED INTO K TWO AND THREE FIVE FOUNDATIONAL BLOCKS.

THIS PROGRAM ADJUSTMENT WOULD ALLOW OUR DEDICATED SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS TO FOCUS DEEPLY ON THE PRECISE PEDAGOGICAL TOOLS, TESTING STANDARDS AND INTERVENTION STRATEGIES MEANT FOR THOSE SPECIFIC AGE GROUPS, THEREBY MAXIMIZING ACADEMIC GROWTH AND INSTRUCTIONAL INSTRUCTIONAL EFFICACY.

WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT CHANGES IN SCHOOL CONFIGURATIONS CAN NATURALLY RAISE QUESTIONS, AND WE DO PLAN TO SEND A COMMUNICATION TO EACH PARENT OF A STUDENT WITH A DISABILITY WHO MAY BE IMPACTED BY THIS PROPOSAL, AND ALLOW TIME TO TALK PERSONALLY WITH THEM ABOUT ANY CONCERNS.

UM, ADDITIONALLY, THERE WOULD BE NO FISCAL IMPACT.

UM, WE WOULD KEEP THE SAME NUMBER OF CLASSROOMS, THE SAME NUMBER OF STAFF.

WE WOULD JUST BE DIVIDING, UM, THE, THE STUDENTS BY THOSE, UM, GRADE BANDS K THROUGH TWO AND THREE THROUGH FIVE.

UM, IF I'M ABLE, IS THERE ALREADY A TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN THE SCHOOLS? SO TRANSPORTATION WOULD BE A CONSIDERATION? UM, SO THERE ARE, RIGHT NOW ONLY A HANDFUL OF STUDENTS WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION.

WE DO HAVE QUITE A FEW PARENTS THAT ARE CHOOSING TO TRANSPORT THEIR CHILDREN TO THE SCHOOL.

UM, THAT WOULD BE PART OF THAT CONVERSATION THAT WE WOULD HAVE WITH PARENTS.

OF COURSE, IF THEY'RE ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION AS A RELATED SERVICE, IT WOULD BE SOMETHING THAT WE WOULD WORK THROUGH AND WE WOULD OFFER THROUGH OUR TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT.

UM, AND AGAIN, WE HAVE MANY PARENTS THAT CHOOSE TO PROVIDE THAT TRANSPORTATION ON THEIR OWN.

UM, BUT WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY MAKE THAT TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO THEM.

SO BY DIVIDING THOSE OUT INTO GRADE BANDS, YOU HAVE ONE CLASS, TWO CLASSROOMS THAT ARE FOCUSED ON K THROUGH TWO AT TWO DIFFERENT SCHOOLS, ONE ON EACH SIDE OF THE COUNTY, AND THEN THE SAME THING WITH THIRD THROUGH FIFTH.

SO WE WOULD NOT BE, WE WOULD NOT HAVE A K TWO AND THREE FIVE CLASSROOM AT EVERY SCHOOL THAT WOULD HAVE A FISCAL IMPACT AND AN IMPACT ON STAFF.

AT OUR LAST MEETING, WE HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ABILITY OF OUR ADMINISTRATORS, DR. WRIGHT AND DR.

COSTNER SPECIFICALLY, UM, AND MS. DRAKE, MS. BRAGG, AS NEEDED TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT, UM, THOSE POLICY WRITERS AND ASK THEM QUESTIONS DIRECTLY.

IS MY UNDERSTANDING, AND PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG, ANY OF YOU, UM, THAT THAT'S BEEN WORKED THROUGH.

THEY'RE VERY NICE PRICE AT $2,900 INSTEAD OF 12,500.

UM, I THINK THEY'RE, THEY'RE, UH, VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE KIND OF A BOUTIQUE EFFORT BECAUSE THEY'RE TRYING TO BUILD CUSTOMERS, I GUESS.

AND I, AND, AND, UH, THE, THE CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE, THEY LIKE TO KEEP.

SO I FOUND I HAVE A ZERO PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

WE THINK WE'VE, WE'VE HAD A, UH, IT'S BEEN A GREAT FIND TO HAVE THEM.

UH, THEIR TRAININGS ARE ONLINE, ARE JUST AMAZING.

THEY'RE VERY EASY TO DO.

AND IF, IF YOU DO 'EM ON TIME, YOU CAN DO 'EM FOR FREE.

IF YOU WAIT A LITTLE BIT, YOU HAVE TO PAY MONEY.

BUT IF YOU DO 'EM, IF YOU DO 'EM RIGHT WHEN THEY COME OUT, YOU GET TO DO 'EM FOR FREE, WHICH IS GREAT.

SO, UH, THE OTHER THING IS WE ALL GET TO GET DIFFERENT MEMBERSHIPS AT A CHEAPER PRICE.

SO I HAVE, I'VE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH IT.

I KNOW MISS LOW THAT WAS ON BEFORE, SEEMED TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH IT.

I THINK MS. JONES HAS BEEN WORKING WITH IT, HAS, HAS BEEN HAD FINE.

SO I DON'T, I'M, I'M HAPPY TO, TO, TO CONTINUE ON WITH THEM.

I'VE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS, MANY, MANY HOURS, UM, WATCHING QUITE A FEW PREVIOUS SCHOOL BOARD MEETINGS AS IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS, , UH, AND, AND TAKING NOTE OF WHAT DIFFERENT BOARD MEMBERS SAID, UM, AND REASONS WHY, YOU KNOW, THEY, THEY STAYED, BUT, YOU KNOW, WERE SKEPTICAL AND THEN EVENTUALLY LEFT.

UM, AND SO I CAN UNDERSTAND THE REASONING AND ONE OF THE BIGGEST REASONS, UM, FOR ME WAS, UH, JUST HEARING THAT THE COST VERSUS THE RETURN ON THAT INVESTMENT, UM, A LOT OF THE SERVICES WERE NOT BEING UTILIZED BY BOARD MEMBERS.

AND SO IF WE DON'T, IF WE'RE NOT GONNA TAKE PART IN THAT, UM, THEN WE PROBABLY SHOULDN'T.

UM, AND I, I SPOKE, UH, MET WITH SHELLY OF THE SBMA, UM, AND SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND SHE WAS ABLE TO, UM, COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY TO ME THAT, YOU KNOW, OUR NEEDS WOULD BE MET.

UH, SO I AM POSITIVE THAT, YOU KNOW, WE SHOULD CONTINUE IN THE DIRECTION WITH THE SVMA.

THE REVISION RECOGNIZES A STRONG FRAT SCENTED PRODUCTS MAY NEGATIVELY IMPACT INDOOR AIR QUALITY.

IT MAY TRIGGER ALLERGIES, ASTHMA, HEADACHES, OR OTHER HEALTH RELATED CONCERNS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH SENSITIVITIES.

THE ADDED LANGUAGE ENCOURAGES VOLUNTARY COOPERATION TOWARDS MAINTAINING A SCENT REDUCED ENVIRONMENT BY MINIMIZING THE USE OF HEAVY, HEAVILY SCENTED, UH, PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS, DEODORIZERS FRAGRANCES, CLEANING PRODUCTS WITHIN THE SCHOOL FACILITIES.

THIS REVISION SUPPORTS THE DIVISION'S COMMITMENT TO PROMOTING WELLNESS, SAFETY AND CONSIDERATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHIN WARREN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

UH, THIS SEEMS TO BE THE MOST FITTING AREA TO ADD IT AS WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR JUST ONE GROUP TO IMPACT.

ONE OF THE THINGS THAT CAME UP AT SKYLINE MIDDLE SCHOOL WAS THE CAFETERIA, WHEN THEY DID A LOCKDOWN DRILL, THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT IT.

AND SO IN LOOKING AT THAT, THEY WANTED TO FIRST, THE FIRST IDEA THAT YOU CAN SEE THAT I KNOW THAT YOU PROBABLY ALREADY HEARD ABOUT WAS PUTTING IN A, UM, SOME TYPE OF A, A DOOR THAT COULD BE A ROLL UP DOOR.

SO AFTER REVIEWING THAT AND REVIEWING, UM, WHAT THE, UM, BUILDING INSPECTOR SAID AND GOING THROUGH THAT, WE, UM, MET WITH ADMIN AT SKYLINE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND, UM, WENT OVER SOME OF THEIR SAFETY CONCERNS AND MET AND LOOKED AT IT AND SAID, WELL, ONE OF THE THINGS WE CAN DO IS CURRENTLY WHERE THE DOORS ARE LOCATED, UM, THAT THEY WANTED THE ROLL UP DOORS.

WE COULD ADD A FIREWALL DOORS AND MADE OUTTA SOLID WOOD AND THE DOOR WOULD BE COMPLETELY SOLID.

RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE GLASS IN THEM AND THEY WANTED THEM TO BE SOLID TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WERE SECURE.

UM, SO WITH DOING THAT, UM, WE THOUGHT, WELL, THAT WOULD BE A GREAT WAY TO UTILIZE THIS MONEY.

AND ONE OF THE PARTS OF THE, UM, BEING PART OF THE RFP AND BEING PART OF THEIR CONTRACT IS THAT THEY ARE ABLE, WE LOOK AT IT FOR YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO RENEW UP TO FOUR YEARS.

AND SO AT THE END OF EACH YEAR, WE LOOK AT THE RENEWAL PROCESS, UM, AND WITH THE RENEWAL PROCESS, A TS HAS SUBMITTED A, A RENEWAL.

AND WE, AND TO GO BACK TO, TO SAY THAT WE ARE PLEASED WITH WHAT HES IS DOING, THEY'VE REALLY BOUGHT IN A LOT OF NEW EQUIPMENT, THEY'VE UPPED THEIR GAME WITH OUR SNOW REMOVAL.

UM, AND SO THEY HAVE REALLY TRIED TO STEP UP WHERE WE'VE SEEN SOME CHALLENGES AND TRIED TO WORK THROUGH THEM.

THAT IS A 3.8% INCREASE, WHICH IS PART OF THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT THAT THEY COULD DO.

WE DID CONDUCT A SURVEY OF THE PARENTS OF THOSE SCHOOLS THAT DO NOT HAVE, UM, AN AFTERCARE PRO AFTERSCHOOL CARE PROGRAM.

UH, AND SO WE DID HAVE 102 PARENTS THAT RESPONDED.

79.4% OF THOSE PARENTS SAID THEY WOULD BE INTERESTED IN THEIR CHILD ATTENDING AN AFTERSCHOOL CARE PROGRAM WITH 54.3% OF THEM WERE INTERESTED IN THE FIVE DAYS A WEEK PROGRAM.

SO, UM, WE, UM, ARE LOOKING TO SEE IF WE CAN GET, UH, A BEFORE AND AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM THAT WOULD PROVIDE A SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN AND THERE TO HELP PROMOTE SELF-ESTEEM, INDEPENDENCE, RESPONSIBILITY THROUGH SAFE AND ENGAGING EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.

UM, THEY WOULD BE ALLOWED TO USE THE BUILDINGS WITHIN THE BUILDING.

UM, COULD BE USING THE CAFETERIA, THE GYM, OR OTHER AREAS.

UM, BUT WHAT WE ARE ASKING IS THAT THE WARREN COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVED THE SUPERINTENDENT TO DEVELOP AND ISSUE AN RFP, UM, FOR THE PROVISION OF AN AFTERSCHOOL CARE SERVICES FOR THE STUDENTS AT LFK, UM, AS ROSE AND RESCUE JEFFERY ELEMENTARY.

UM, NOW, AGAIN, THIS WOULD BE AN RFP THAT WOULD GO OUT TO SEE IF THERE THERE IS AN INTEREST FOR A COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO COME IN AND DO SO.

IT WOULD NOT BE ANY CHARGE TO THE, UM, IT WOULD NOT BE A COST TO THE, UH, WARREN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

UM, ALL OF THE TITLE GRANTS ARE BASED ON LAST YEAR'S ALLOCATION.

WE DO NOT HAVE, AT THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS DUE, WE DO NOT HAVE THE AMOUNT THAT WE WILL BE ALLOTTED FOR THESE TITLE GRANTS.

SO TITLE ONE, WHICH IS IMPROVING THE BASIC PROGRAMS, MOST OF OUR TITLE ONE FUNDING WILL GO TO STAFF.

SO WE ARE ANTICIPATING A LOWER ALLOCATION THAN LAST YEAR.

AND CURRENTLY WE ARE ASKING FOR, WITH THAT FUNDING FIVE FULL-TIME INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES AND SEVEN INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANTS.

AND THAT INCLUDES 50% OF THE COORDINATOR AS WELL AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR A THIRD.

INCLUDED IN THAT GRANT WITH LEFTOVER FUNDING, WE OF COURSE HAVE THE SET-ASIDES, WHICH INCLUDE THE PRIVATE SCHOOL MONEY AS WELL AS THE MCKINNEY-VENTO STUDENT MONEY FUNDING.

AND THERE'S A FEW DOLLARS LEFTOVER FOR SOME PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

TITLE TWO AND TITLE IV.

WE HAVE ROLLED OVER THE TITLE IV FUNDING INTO TITLE II AGAIN THIS YEAR.

AND THESE GRANTS COMBINED TO PROVIDE A 50% INSTRUCTION SUPPORT COORDINATOR POSITION, AS WELL AS A NEW TEACHER COORDINATOR POSITION.

WE ARE USING THOSE FUNDS TO DO TUITION REIMBURSEMENT AS WELL AS PRAXIS REIMBURSEMENT SO THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO RETAIN AND HELP TEACHERS GET LICENSURE AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE DIVISION BASED ON THE PLANS THAT WE WILL BE WORKING ON THIS SUMMER.

TITLE THREE FOR THE LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION, WE ARE GOING TO GO AHEAD AND USE OUR FUNDING FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ON TITLE THREE STRATEGIES AND SCAFFOLDING, PARENT OUTREACH, OUR FAMILY ENGAGEMENT NIGHTS TUTORING, AND SUMMER PROGRAM, AS WELL AS WE HAVE ALLOCATED SOME FUNDING FOR STIPEND FOR TEACHER TO TRANSLATE AFTERSCHOOL ACTIVITIES AS NEEDED.

UM, TRANSLATION HAS BEEN AN ISSUE THIS YEAR FOR FAMILIES.

WE DO NOT HAVE A TRANSLATOR ANYMORE, SO I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE PUT IN SOME FUNDING FOR EITHER LANGUAGE LINE TO TRANSLATE DOCUMENTS OR FUNDING FOR A STAFF MEMBER THAT WOULD BE WILLING TO TRANSLATE AFTERSCHOOL HOURS.

OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE SOMETIMES CHANGE THEIR MIND ONCE THEY GRADUATE, BUT EVEN THE PAST COUPLE YEARS, PARTICULARLY AS WE GO INTO THE STRATEGIC PLAN, YOU DON'T, CAN'T REALLY KNOW WHETHER YOU WANNA IMPROVE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU KNOW, WHERE, WHERE YOU ARE IN SOME OF THESE THINGS.

SO I PERSONALLY LIKE TO SEE THE OUTCOMES OF, OF ANY OPERATION, ANY, ANYTHING THAT'S GOING ON.

SO ONE OF THE BIGGEST OUTCOMES IS OUR GRADUATES.

AND JUST TO SEE LIKE WHAT PERCENTAGE APPLIED TO COLLEGE, GOING STRAIGHT INTO THE TRADE TRADES OR DOING AN APPRENTICESHIP, WHAT, WHATEVER THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES THERE ARE.

I THINK THAT'S JUST, I DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT ANY OF THE ANSWERS ARE TO THAT RIGHT NOW.

AND SO IT'D BE NICE TO JUST HAVE AN IDEA OF WHERE WE ARE SO THAT WHEN YOU'RE LOOKING AT A STRATEGIC PLAN, I THINK THAT WOULD BE ONE OF THE GOALS YOU WANT SOMEHOW IN ONE OF THE GOALS WOULD BE YOU WANNA IMPROVE SOMETHING WOULD BE AND IMPROVE SOME OF THOSE STATS.

WHICHEVER WAY WE WANT TO BE IMPROVED, BUT I DON'T CURRENTLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THE NUMBERS ARE.

I'M SURE SOMEONE KNOWS THE ANSWER.

SO AT SOME POINT IT WOULD BE GREAT TO KNOW THE OUTCOMES OF NOT JUST THIS CLASS, BECAUSE THEN MAYBE THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL DECIDING, BUT MAYBE EVEN IF WE HAD ANYTHING FOR THE PAST COUPLE CLASSES, I'M IN MY JOB AT THE COLLEGE, I HAVE TO TRACK WHAT THE, WHAT OUR ALUMNI DO OUTTA COLLEGE TO BE ABLE TO GIVE, YOU KNOW, HEY, IT WAS WORTH THE INVESTMENT 'CAUSE HERE'S WHAT THEY'RE DOING WITH THEIR LIVES.

SO IT'S, IT'S SOMETHING THAT I THINK CONSUMERS, YOU KNOW, WANNA KNOW, IS IT WORTH IT? DID, AM I GETTING SOMETHING OUT OF IT? AM I GONNA BE PREPARED TO DO WHAT I WANNA DO? LIKE, IT WAS GREAT HAVING ALL THOSE 3.5 KIDS STAND UP.

I'M LIKE, WHAT, WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THOSE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO COLLEGE? AND AGAIN, NOT EVERYONE HAS TO GO TO COLLEGE.

I'M NOT ABOUT THAT.

I'M JUST INTERESTED TO KNOW WHERE WE ARE IN

AND, UM, IF WE HAVE SOMEBODY CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR 'EM, UM, I THINK WE COULD CAPITALIZE ON THAT.

UH, THE OTHER THING, UH, REQUEST WOULD PROBABLY BE FOR MORE OF THE COMMUNITY, UM, THAN ANYTHING IS THAT, UM, TO REITERATE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT MISS SALEM SAID IS THAT THIS, UH, MEALS TAX THAT THING IS, UH, IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO THE SCHOOLS.

UH, MEANING THAT I THINK THIS BOARD'S, THIS WHOLE BOARD'S, UH, PREPARED AND READY TO, UH, BE RESPONSIBLE AND, UM, STEP OUT AND, YOU KNOW, JUST DO THE RIGHT THINGS WITH THE MONEY.

I KNOW THERE'S BEEN TIMES IN THE PAST THAT THERE'S BEEN SOME QUESTIONABLE THINGS, BUT I DON'T BELIEVE THIS BOARD OR THIS THE, UH, CENTRAL STAFF, THIS IS ALL NEW.

UM, I THINK EVERYBODY'S HEAD SCREWED ON STRAIGHT AND IT'S THINGS LIKE THE HILL TO J BARBER, UH, CHILLER, THE ROOFING AND THE MANY OTHER PROJECTS THAT WE HAVE IS THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO BE MORE INDEPENDENT THAN HAVING TO RELY ON THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS EVERY TIME WE NEED A DOLLAR.

UM, WE'RE, I THINK WE'RE ALL MORE THAN CAPABLE OF, OF SCHEDULING OUR OWN WORK AND MOVING FORWARD AND TO GET THESE THINGS DONE.

SO, SO MY REQUEST WOULD BE THE SAME IS THAT, YOU KNOW, UM, ENCOURAGE YOUR BOARD OF SUPERVISOR TO, UH, GO AHEAD AND, AND FORWARD THIS, UH, MEALS TAX MONEY TO US.

UH, WE ARE READY TO SPEND IT.

UM, AND WE'LL PROBABLY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB AT IT.

BUT THE OTHER THING IT, I THINK IT WOULD LEND US TO IS IF WE HAD THAT MONEY IN OUR CIP FUND, THE CONCENTRATION ON OUR NORMAL OPERATING BUDGET WOULD BE MUCH EASIER.

UM, POSSIBLY NOT HAVING TO KEEP IN MIND, UH, OF HOLDING MONEY BACK FOR THIS PROJECT OR THAT PROJECT TO, WHEREAS WE COULD, WE COULD REALLY APPLY HOPEFULLY THOSE FUNDS TO, UM, JUST ANYTHING THAT THE, THE, THE SCHOOL ITSELF WOULD NEED INTERNALLY, TEACHERS, ANY, ANY, YOU KNOW, PAPER, WHATEVER.

UH, I JUST THINK THAT, UH, IT WOULD MAKE THAT PROCESS MUCH EASIER.

WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO RELY ON, ON THOSE TYPES OF MONEY TO BE SET ASIDE FOR APPROVAL.

SO, UM, I GUESS JUST LIKE I SAID, JUST IF YOU COULD, UH, MAKE SURE THAT YOU, UH, SEND AN EMAIL OR SOMETHING AND SAY, HEY, JUST LET'S TURN THAT.
